Refund Policy
The Divergent District: Ticket Refund & Event Policy
1. General Policy All ticket sales for The Divergent District, scheduled for September 12, 2026, are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except under the specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
• Cancellation: In the event that the festival is cancelled in its entirety due to circumstances within the organizers' control, full refunds (minus processing fees) will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Postponement: If the event is rescheduled to a future date, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will have a designated window (typically 14 days) to request a refund.
3. Changes to Lineup or Programming The Divergent District is a multi-artist event. The lineup, schedule, and specific activities are subject to change without notice. Refunds will not be issued based on the cancellation of a specific performer, guest, or individual program element.
4. Weather Policy The festival is a "Rain or Shine" event. Refunds will not be granted due to inclement weather unless local authorities or venue management deem the conditions unsafe and require a full event cancellation.
5. Ticket Transfers While tickets are non-refundable, they are fully transferable. You may sell or give your ticket to another individual. The Divergent District is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party ticket transfers or unauthorized resales.
6. Force Majeure The organizers shall not be held liable for failure to perform their obligations if such failure is the result of "Acts of God" (including fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters), strikes, war, or government-mandated health restrictions. In such cases, refund eligibility will be determined at the sole discretion of the festival organizers.
